NORTEAVA supplies research peptides and compounds from the United States to qualified researchers, and releases each batch only against analysis of that batch.
What we supply
Lyophilised research peptides in sealed vials, prepared tablets and capsules, topical preparations, and the reconstitution supplies laboratory work needs. The full range is in Individual Compounds, each with its amounts and current availability, and grouped by area of study in Categories. Compounds that are studied together are offered as Research Sets.
How a batch is released
Three questions a batch has to answer before it is sold. Our release standard asks for the analysis to be performed by a laboratory with no commercial interest in the result, and recorded against the batch it was performed on.
- Identity
- Is it what the label says? Mass spectrometry weighs the molecule and compares it with the theoretical mass of the stated sequence. Purity without identity describes a very pure unknown, so identity comes first.
- Purity
- How much of the vial is the compound? Reversed-phase HPLC separates everything present and reports the compound as a share of the total. The figure is the batch's own.
- Traceability
- Which batch is in your box? A certificate belongs to the lot it was run on, never a representative or historical one, and is available on request for every order.
Who we supply
Every material is sold for laboratory research only, to purchasers aged 21 and over who confirm they are qualified researchers buying for research use, independently or on behalf of an institution or laboratory. Nothing we supply is a drug, food, cosmetic or supplement, and nothing is for human or veterinary use. We do not give dosing, administration or medical advice. Institutions and distributors buying for onward research supply have accounts of their own; write to us to ask about one.
